Cash on Delivery (COD) may be available for eligible orders and locations.

For prepaid orders, payment must be successfully received or confirmed before the order can be processed where applicable.

8. Shipping & Delivery

Kaishora delivers across Pakistan through available third-party courier partners.

Estimated delivery times are provided for convenience and are not guaranteed. Delays can occur because of weather, public holidays, courier operations, remote locations, road conditions, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Shipping charges are displayed during checkout where applicable.

Free shipping is available on eligible orders of PKR 10,000 or above, subject to any applicable promotional or shipping conditions.

9. Returns & Exchanges

Eligible products may be returned or exchanged within 7 days of receiving the order, subject to our Return & Exchange Policy.

Products generally need to be:

• Unused
• Unworn
• Unwashed
• In their original condition
• Returned with original tags and packaging

Certain products may not be returnable after opening or use for hygiene and safety reasons.

10. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products

11. Order Cancellation

Orders may generally be cancelled before they have been processed or dispatched.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible and our standard Return & Exchange Policy will apply.

12. Promotions & Discount Codes

Promotions and discount codes:

• May require a minimum purchase amount.
